Orders

All our jewelry is handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 3-7 business days for production of your piece. For items shipping in Canada and the USA please allow 1-2 weeks delivery time after this.

International Orders

For all international orders, please allow between 2-6 weeks after this time for your item to arrive. Please note these timelines are an estimate and will vary depending on the country and any issue that may arrive with your country's custom policies. When shipping internationally there may be custom and clearance procedures that may cause delays outside this timeframe. We also offer express shipping, please contact us for details.

Custom Orders

We accommodate custom changes to our design such as metal selection if available and desired chain length only, email us at reynaharmure@hotmail.com. Additional charges may apply and all sales on these items are final sale.

Payment

Reynah Armure currently accepts PayPal as well as MasterCard and Visa. Payments must be paid in full before they are mailed out. If for some reason you change your mind and wish to cancel your order you must notify us within 24 hours, after that item will be sent out and you will need to request for a return.(See our Return Policy.)

Security

Reynah Armure uses PayPal to process all transactions. PayPal is the safest and easiest way to pay online. PayPal uses industry-leading data encryption, and never shares your financial information with merchants or third parties. During checkout, PayPal verifies that your internet browser is running SSL 3.0 or higher. In transit, financial information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).

Taxes

Canadian customers will pay GST/HST according to their provincial rate. American and International customers are responsible for all taxes and import duties that may apply. For all taxes and import duties levied by their country, payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.

Repairs

At Reynah Armure it is important for us that you enjoy your piece for as long as possible, hence our "love your pieces" moto. For this purpose we have detailed instructions of how to care for your items as well as cleaning and polishing tips. We will gladly repair items purchased through reynaharmure.com for up to a year after purchase. Simple repairs such as slipped earring hooks, loose jump rings, clasp or toggle are covered under the reparation warranty. Fees may apply for all other repairs. For replacement of parts fees may also be applicable and are based on the availability of the materials used. Returns/Cancellations

We here at Reynah Armure put great care and attention to detail when creating, packaging and shipping your piece to ensure no breakage occurs. However in the event of loss or breakage during transit, we will not be responsible, so we strongly recommend having orders over a $100 be insured. To ensure your satisfaction we offer returns on unworn items within 5 days of receiving shipment, and only in the event that it is simply not to your liking, for credit only minus shipping. We do not accept items that are damaged, worn or without original Reynah Armure tags and packaging. Items must be shipped back via Canada Post or by registered mail for international orders and all shipping charges would be the responsibility of the customer. Reynah Armure reserves the right to accept or deny returns at our discretion. We currently offer a 24 hour cancellation period after an item has been purchased in case you change your mind. After this time, your order will be processed and therefore a cancellation will not be permitted. No cancellation are valid without prior approval by Reynah Armure. Please note that items purchased at a consumer show are non refundable and exchanges are at the sole discretion of the designer. Items on sale online or at a consumer show are final sale.
